The present invention relates to a hydrogel formulation for delivering probiotics comprising, as active ingredients, a hydrogel, probiotics, and a zwitterionic buffer； a composition for delivering probiotics comprising the same； and a preparation method therefor. The present invention can control and maintain the pH level within the hydrogel even in a gastric fluid environment by further adding the zwitterionic buffer which is capable of maintaining the pH level in the hydrogel encapsulating the probiotics, thereby increasing a survival rate of the probiotics in the gastric fluid and improving a rate of delivery to the large intestine.L'invention concerne une formulation d'hydrogel pour l'administration de probiotiques comprenant, en tant que principes actifs, un hydrogel, des probiotiques et un tampon zwitterionique； une composition d'administration de probiotiques comprenant celle-ci； et son procédé de préparation. La formulation de l'invention peut réguler et maintenir le pH à l'intérieur de l'hydrogel, même dans un environnement de fluide gastrique, par ajout du tampon zwitterionique qui peut maintenir le niveau de pH dans l'hydrogel encapsulant les probiotiques, ce qui augmente le taux de survie des probiotiques dans le fluide gastrique et améliore un taux d'administration au gros intestin.본 발명은 하이드로겔, 프로바이오틱스 및 쯔비터 이온성 버퍼를 유효성분으로 포함하는 프로바이오틱스 전달용 하이드로겔 제제, 이를 포함하는 프로바이오틱스 전달용 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 프로바이오틱스를 봉입한 하이드로겔에 pH 유지를 가능하게 하는 쯔비터 이온성 버퍼를 더 첨가함으로써 위액 환경에서도 하이드로겔 내부의 pH를 조절 및 유지하여 위액에서의 프로바이오틱스 생존율을 높이고 대장으로의 전달률을 향상시킬 수 있다.
