The present invention relates to applications based on the findings of the interaction between NKp80 and its ligand AICL. The use of substances blocking the interaction between NKp80 and AICL is disclosed, for the manufacture of a medicament for the prevention or treatment of inflammatory diseases, in particular autoimmune diseases. Preferably, the substance is selected from the group comprising anti-NKp80- antibodies, anti-AICL-antibodies, soluble NKp80, soluble AICL, or functional fragments thereof.La présente invention concerne des applications basées sur les découvertes de linteraction entre NKp80 et son ligand AICL. Lutilisation de substances bloquant linteraction entre NKp80 et AICL est décrite, pour la fabrication dun médicament servant à la prévention ou au traitement de maladies inflammatoires, en particulier de maladies auto-immunes. De préférence, la substance est choisie dans le groupe constitué par des anticorps anti-NKp80, des anticorps anti-AICL, du NKp80 soluble, du AICL soluble ou des fragments fonctionnels de ceux-ci.
