Herein, four polypeptides are provided, namely PRT5, PRT6, PRT7 and PRT8, a nucleic acid encoding it, a composition comprising the protein, as well as its use in therapeutic and diagnostic methods. Antibodies that specifically recognize this polypeptide and their use are also provided.
