PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cardiac output measurement device which suppresses increase of a burden on an examinee and can improve a function supporting a medical evaluation performed by a doctor on a measurement result.SOLUTION: The cardiac output measurement device includes: an acquisition section 10 acquiring blood temperature information measured by a temperature sensor B capable of measuring a temperature of blood in an examinees heart and the examinees electrocardiogram measured by a measurement unit including plural electrodes C a calculation section 11 calculating a thermodilution curve and the examinees cardiac output, based on the blood temperature information at a time of injecting cold water into the examinees heart a display section 15 displaying the electrocardiogram measured at the same time as the blood temperature information, the cardiac output, and the thermodilution curve and a display control section 14 displaying the electrocardiogram measured at the same time as the blood temperature information and the thermodilution curve while being synchronized with each other in the same screen of the display section 15 and displaying a first electrocardiogram containing an extrasystole and a second electrocardiogram not containing an extrasystole of the electrocardiogram in different display modes on the display section 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検者の負担の増加を抑制しつつ、医師が測定結果に対して行う医学的な評価を支援する機能を向上させることが可能な心拍出量測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】被検者の心臓内の血液の温度を測定可能な温度センサBにより測定された血液温度情報と、複数の電極Cを有する測定ユニットにより測定された被検者の心電図と、を取得する取得部10と、被検者の心臓内に冷水を注入したときの血液温度情報に基づいて、熱希釈曲線及び被検者の心拍出量を算出する算出部11と、血液温度情報と同時に測定された心電図と、心拍出量と、熱希釈曲線とを表示する表示部15と、血液温度情報と同時に測定された心電図と、熱希釈曲線とを表示部15の同一画面内に同期させて表示させるとともに、心電図のうち期外収縮を含む第一心電図と期外収縮を含まない第二心電図とを異なる表示態様で表示部15に表示させる表示制御部14とを備える。【選択図】図1
