The present invention is configured to use an operating rod to simultaneously drive a linking rod with a first adjustable length and a linking rod with a second adjustable length. The linking rod with the first adjustable length has one end arranged above a first two-directional ratchet and is configured to drive a first ratchet loading ring of the first two-directional ratchet to perform non-full circle rotation. The linking rod with the second adjustable length has one end arranged under a second two-directional ratchet and is configured to drive a second ratchet loading ring of the second two-directional ratchet to perform non-full circle rotation. The first two-directional ratchet and the second two-directional ratchet are arranged at one side of the same ratchet shaft so as to allow the ratchet shaft to be driven by the operating rod. Through a selection of a switcher, a ratchet is operated to mesh with a ratchet ring to perform a forward or backward full circle rotation by alternating two non-full circle rotations. The other ends of the linking rod with the first adjustable length and the linking rod with the second adjustable length are arranged on the same linking rod rotational common shaft, for synchronously pushing and driving forward or backward. The linking rod rotational common shaft is arranged at the middle section of the operating rod, where one end of the operating rod functions as a pivot point and the other end of the operating rod functions as a handle, for saving force according to the lever principle.
