The present invention relates to a mouthpiece for breathing. The mouthpiece for breathing comprises: a hollow tube-shaped mouthpiece body having a predetermined length, wherein one end is connected to a measurement device and the other end is opened so that a subject to be examined to hold the other end and blow air into the other end； a filter provided inside the one end of the mouthpiece body to filter foreign materials and viruses contained in the blown air； and a filter fixing member coupled to the filter and elastically compressed and supported in the mouthpiece body so that the filter is fixed inside the mouthpiece body.본 발명은 호기용 마우스피스에 관한 것으로서, 일단은 상기 측정기에 결합되고 타단은 피검사자가 입으로 물고 호기를 불어 넣도록 개방되며, 일정 길이를 갖는 중공관 형상의 마우스피스본체와； 상기 마우스피스본체의 일단 내부에 구비되어 상기 호기에 포함된 이물질과 바이러스를 걸러주는 필터와； 상기 필터와 결합되며 상기 필터가 상기 마우스피스본체 내부에 고정되도록 상기 마우스피스본체 내부에 탄성적으로 압착되어 지지되는 필터고정부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
