The present invention relates to a seedling box loading device for a sowing machine. According to the seedling box loading device, in order to, even when a plurality of seedling boxes are stacked and waited at a supply side of the sowing machine, automatically supply the stacked seedling boxes one by one, the seedling boxes are installed at a seedling box loading side of the sowing machine so that the seedling boxes are sequentially loaded and supplied one by one. The seedling box loading device comprises a pair of side support walls, a front support wall, a rear supply inductor, and rear support plates. The pair of side support walls is installed vertically on both horizontal frames in a loading direction of the seedling box loading side to support both surfaces of each of the seedling boxes. The front support wall is connected and fixed to the front sides of the pair of side support walls. The rear supply inductor has a rotation shaft and rotation support rollers. The rotation shaft is installed between both horizontal frames at the rear side of the pair of side support wall bodies. The rotation support rollers are installed at both sides of the rotation shaft while being integrated with the rotation shaft. The rotation support rollers have a larger diameter than a plurality of transfer rollers and are formed of a metallic material or a synthetic resin material.
