The present invention relates to a use of manufacturing of a bispecific chimeric protein including DARPin (bispecific antibody zygocyte). The bispecific chimeric protein manufactured by using DARPin has reduced side effects (agonism) and/or has the increased effects. Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is a bispecific chimeric protein which includes (a) DARPin and (b) an antibody (for example, an antibody of an lgG form), an antibody fragment (an antigen-binding fragment, for example an antibody of scFv-Fc form), or a combination of the same.
