The present invention relates to a laundry treating apparatus which comprises the following: a cabinet including a laundry storing space for storing laundries； a housing detachably combined to an inner wall of the laundry storing space and including a cleaning space connected to the laundry storing space； a photocatalyst material provided inside the housing and including a photocatalyst substance； and a light source assembly provided inside the housing for irradiating the photocatalyst material with light including ultraviolet rays through the cleaning space.
