The invention relates to the hydroponic culture system and the equipment necessary for this culture, called hydroponic culture table; it allows a healthy, fresh cereal fodder which is rich in vitamins and intended for the feeding of cattle to be produced in eight days, in particular in countries with an unfavourable climate; it comprises 1 aluminium frame supporting 5 rows of 5 culture trays; 1 sprinkling system controlled by an electronic box; 1 soaking and germination system composed of 3 standard plastic containers (one solid; 2 perforated). In addition to the equipment, it comprises a know-how obtained by several years of research, with testing on ideal temperatures, adequate hydrometry and light times allowing an optimum yield to be achieved. Amongst the more beneficial applications of the invention can be mentioned the feeding of herds in underdeveloped countries and in contrast the fight against hunger in the world. <IMAGE>
