The barrels each include a bore for engaging with the shaft, and each include a groove formed in the barrel, one of the end members includes a projection slidably engaged with the grooves of the barrels. One of the end members includes a slot, and the barrel includes a protrusion for slidably engaging with the slot of the end member.
