PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of suppressing rear leakage in a state where a wearer lies on his/her back.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 comprises a center height portion 33 that is located inside an outer side edge of an absorbent body in a width direction and is thicker than a thickness of the outer side edge of the absorbent body. The absorbent article 1 includes a first bent portion 41 adjacent to the center height portion at a rear side of the center height portion and configured such that the absorbent article is capable of being bent in a thickness direction, and a second bent portion 42 configured such that the absorbent article is capable of being bent in the thickness direction at a rear side of the first bent portion.
