The present invention relates to a far infrared ray generator including a plastic layer, a graphite layer, a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a plurality of seams wherein the graphite layer is assembled to a surface of the plastic layer so as to transfer the external energy to generate the far infrared ray, and the positive and negative electrodes are assembled to two opposite ends of the graphite layer respectively. Further, the plastic layer, the graphite layer, and the positive electrode are collectively sewn and fixed by parts of the seams, and  the plastic layer, the graphite layer, and the negative electrode are collectively sewn and fixed by another part of the seams.
