The application relates to a compound that has at least one selected from thegroup consisting of cell growth promoting activity, angiogenesis promotingactivity,lumenization promoting activity, cell migration promoting activity, andneurocyte growthpromoting activity； is chemically a stable low-molecular-weight substance； hasa highabsorption rate because of the low molecular weight； and can be suppliedinexpensively andwith stability. This cyclobutyl purine derivative, tautomers and stereoisomersthereof, andsalts and solvates of the same are cyclobutyl purine derivatives, tautomers orstereoisornersthereof, and salts and solvates of the same represented by the followinggeneral formula (1):(see formula 1)The application also relates to a promoting agent having a cyclobutyl purinederivative of the general formula (1'), a tautomer, or stereoisomer thereof,or a salt, solvate, orhydrate thereof.(see formula 1')
