Each of the first and second bubble-containing surface layers has a lot of bubbles (14) set long in an axial direction of the soft tube. The thickness of each of the first and second bubble-containing surface layers is set to 1/5 to 1/3 of the thickness of the soft tube. The width of each of the first and second bubble-containing surface layers is set to 5/100 to 20/100 of an outer circumferential length of the soft tube.
