The present invention relates to a nanoparticle for drug delivery in the inner ear, and provides an inner ear-specific drug delivery nanoparticle comprising a drug for treating or preventing an inner ear disease based on phospholipid nanoemulsion. The nanoparticles are capable of drug delivery to the inner ear, and through this, it is expected that the nanoparticles can be greatly utilized for preventing and treating inner ear diseases.본 발명은 내이에서의 약물전달용 나노입자에 관한 것으로, 포스포리피드 나노에멀젼을 기반으로 하는 내이 질환 치료 또는 예방용 약물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 내이-특이적 약물전달용 나노입자를 제공한다. 상기 나노입자는 내이 내 약물전달이 가능하며, 이를 통하여 내이 질환을 예방 및 치료하는데 큰 활용을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
