PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide orally disintegrating tablet having excellent characteristics, such as (1) easy producibility by a general facility without requiring a special pharmaceutical technique； (2) having moderate strength which is not damaged in a distribution process； (3) having rapid disintegration properties in the oral cavity, and together with (4) having a good feel of ingestion in which bitter taste and graininess are significantly reduced.SOLUTION: An orally disintegrating tablet contains (1) D-mannitol, (2) an active ingredient, (3) one or more disintegrants selected from the group consisting of crospovidone and carmellose, (4) sucrose fatty acid ester, (5) a binder, and (6) starch. The content of D-mannitol in the pharmaceutical preparation is 50% by weight or more.
