To provide a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus and an image processor in which the change of signal strength by the flow of body fluid is easily grasped.
SOLUTION: A flow rate image preparing part 22c prepares a flow rate image representing the distribution of the flow rate component for each of a plurality of images obtained by a plurality of times repeating EPI by which the flow rate component of body fluid flowing in a subject is obtained. While a flow rate dispersion image preparing part 22d calculates the dispersion of the flow rate component along the time series every same position of each flow rate image using a plurality of the prepared flow rate images and a flow rate dispersion image representing the distribution of dispersion of calculated flow rate component is prepared. Then a superposition image processing part 22e superimposes the distribution of the dispersion of the flow rate component in the flow rate dispersion image ON an average absolute value image. An image display control part 26a displays the superposed image.
