A surgical implant (10) for use in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction of the soft tissue (52) of the knee joint, comprising an elongated body with a through hole (18) defined by the body, the center of the through hole being located midway between the sides of the body and offset toward and end of the body. The offset position of the through hole facilitates rotation of the body and an interference fit of the body in a bone tunnel (48) during use. The surgical implant described herein enables suspensory fixation to a bone tunnel and direct attachment of the soft tissue to the surgical implant without the need of attachment to a suture or external fixation devices.Linvention concerne un implant chirurgical (10) destiné à être utilisé dans la reconstruction de ligament croisé antérieur de tissu mou (52) de larticulation du genou, cet implant comprenant un corps allongé pourvu dun trou traversant (18) défini par le corps, le centre du trou traversant se trouvant à mi-chemin entre les côtés du corps et décalé vers lextrémité du corps. La position décalée du trou traversant facilite la rotation du corps et une pression contre le corps dans un tunnel osseux (48), en utilisation. Limplant chirurgical de linvention permet une fixation par suspensoir dans un tunnel osseux et une fixation directe du tissu mou à limplant chirurgical sans avoir recours à une fixation à une suture ou à des dispositifs de fixation externes.
