PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol cosmetic which generates a lot of fine foams, accelerates percutaneous absorption of carbon dioxide gas and has an excellent use feeling without stickiness or roughness.SOLUTION: There is provided an aerosol cosmetic which comprises: a stock solution which contains the following components (A), (B), (C) and (D): (A) 0.01 to 10 mass% of a silicon oxide having an average particle diameter of 0.25 to 20 &mum or (meth)acrylic acid or a salt thereof/an alkyl (meth)acrylate crosspolymer, (B) 0.1 to 15 mass% of one or two or more selected from a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 12 to 18 and an anionic surfactant, (C) a water-soluble thickener and (D) water and has a viscosity at 25°C of 500 to 20000 mPa s and (E) carbon dioxide gas.
