Provided is an immunogenic composition comprising one or more strains of killed or inactivated West Nile Virus or any antigen thereof, wherein said immunogenic composition further comprises at least one antigen of one or more additional strains selected from the group consisting of Eastern Equine Encephalomyelitis Virus, Western Equine Encephalomyelitis Virus and Venezuelan Equine Encephalomyelitis Virus, Tetanus Toxoid, and combinations thereof. The compositions are especially useful as horse vaccines.
