The present invention relates to a device for hand acupuncture therapy capable of continuously supplying hand acupuncture needles. With one installation, the present invention continuously supplies a plurality of hand acupuncture needles into an acupuncture application part one by one to continuously perform hand acupuncture therapy, instead of inputting hand acupuncture needles into a needle tube one by one to apply hand acupuncture on corresponding acupuncture points one by one. The device of the present invention comprises: a hand acupuncture needle magazine which has a receiving part with the length corresponding to the length of a hand acupuncture needle, and the width for enabling a plurality of hand acupuncture needles to be aligned therein in a transversal direction, a cover sliding to cover the receiving part, an acupuncture application hole and a hand acupuncture hole formed on upper and lower parts of one side thereof, respectively, and a vertical penetration hole formed on the lateral side of the other side thereof a device main body which has a mounting groove formed on one side thereof to make the hand acupuncture needle magazine mounted thereon, a vertical tapping hole formed on one side of the mounting groove to correspond to the penetration hole of the hand acupuncture needle magazine, and a fastening boss formed on one upper part thereof to make a vertical coaxial line with the hand acupuncture hole of the hand acupuncture needle magazine and having a fastening thread on the outer side thereof, wherein an embedded pushrod moves forward by elastic force of a spring to penetrate the tapping hole and the penetration hole and elastically supply a hand acupuncture needle in the hand acupuncture needle magazine to the hand acupuncture hole, and the pushrod overcomes the elastic force of the embedded spring by manipulation of an external lever and moves backward and a hand acupuncture application part which is combined with the fastening boss of the devic
