The use of a granular material which is for orally fast disintegrating tablets and comprises at least one kind of water soluble polymer and tannic acid allows production of tablets that can be produced by a simple process with simple production equipment, disintegrate fast in the mouth, and have a proper level of moldability for practical use. The at least one kind of water soluble polymer is preferably selected from, the group consisting of povidone, hydroxypropyl cellulose, pallulan, a polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol graft copolymer and copolyvidone.
