PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve bitterness of a tomato-containing beverage with a high sugar acid ratio.SOLUTION: Bitterness in a tomato-containing beverage is masked by mixing spices or a spice extract. The bitterness is felt in a last half after drinking (bitterness as aftertaste). A sugar acid ratio of the tomato-containing beverage is 14.0 or more.
