A forceps device (1) comprises: a hold portion (2) an operation portion (3) provided with a slide portion (31) and a rotation operation portion (32) an inner cable (4) an outer casing (5) a grip portion (6) for gripping when operating the operation portion (3) and a resin coat portion (7). The base end side of the inner cable (4) is unrotatably attached to the slide portion (31) and the distal end side is linked to the hold portion (2). The base end side of the outer casing (5) is unrotatably attached with respect to the rotation operation portion (32) and the distal end side is rotatably and axially non-displaceably engaged with respect to the resin coat portion (7). The slide portion (31) is unrotatably and slidably attached with respect to the rotation operation portion (32). The rotation operation portion (32) is rotatably connected with respect to the grip portion (6) and is provided on the base end side of the grip portion (6).
