Provided are systems and methods for producing seamless woven materials that are variable in each of their three dimensions. The systems and methods generally operate by independently changing the heddle position to impart a three-dimensional structure to the woven fabric. The weft threads are woven into a set of warp threads that are individually raised or lowered along a particular cross section, essentially locking the weave into the intended three-dimensional configuration. In one embodiment, the woven material comprises a complete product.
