Compositions are disclosed herein, as well as methods and uses utilizing the compositions for improving the appearance of aging skin, lightening skin, treating uneven skin pigmentation and/or treating a sexual disorder. The compositions comprise a compound of the general Formula (I): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the dashed line, X, Y, Z, Ra-Rd, and R1- R5 are as defined herein, and a carrier suitable for topical administration on skin, being in a form of a water-in-oil emulsion, the emulsion comprising: propylene glycol, phosphatidyl choline, lauroyl macrogolglycerides, macrogolglycerol stearate, ethanol, caprylocaproyl macrogolglycerides, propylene glycol monolaurate and water, in proportions described herein.
