To provide a heat attack-preventing item which continues cooling effect for about two hours of one continuous work time so as to improve working efficiency by attaching a bottle filled with an oral rehydration solution about 1 liter, and frozen to the crest in work at high temperature and high humid, and prevents heat attack by taking an oral rehydration solution in the bottle.MEANS: A drink bottle-shaped neck cooler is obtained by molding a bottle (1) in a shape fitting to the circumference of the neck by using polyethylene terephthalate as the material, bringing a bottle (1) volume to within 1 liter, providing a lid cap (2) in one part each of both ends of a bottle (1) body so as to replenish/discharge and wash a content liquid in the bottle, and charging an oral rehydration solution thereinto. The bottle (1) is wrapped with a tubular elastic bandage-like product (3) in order to prevent the onset of light frostbite due to direct contact of the frozen bottle with the skin, and is wound around the neck and connected to the vicinity of the throat with a detachable hook-and-loop fastener (4) so as not to slip off from the crest.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】本発明は、高温多湿時の作業において、約１リットルの経口補水液を充填し凍らせたボトルを首筋に装着し、冷却効果を一連続作業時間約２時間持続させ、作業能率を向上させるとともに、ボトル内の経口補水液を摂取することで熱中症を予防する、熱中症予防アイテムを提供する。【手段】ポリエチレンテレフタラートを材料に、首の周囲にフィットする形状にボトル（１）を成形し、当該ボトル（１）容量を１リットル以内とし、ボトル内の内容液を補充・排出並びに洗浄できるようにボトル（１）本体の両端に１ヶ所ずつ蓋キャップ（２）を設け、経口補水液を充填する。 また、凍ったボトルが皮膚に直接触れ、軽度の凍傷が発症するのを防止するため、ボトル（１）をチューブ型伸縮性包帯様（３）の中に入れてくるみ、首周りに巻き付け首筋からずれ動かないように喉元付近に着脱可能な面ファスナー（４）で結合させる。【選択図】図３
