The enclosure (1) comprises an in situ tank (10) equipped with an opening (15) through which edible oil is introduced into the tank, articulated conduits (20, 22) for extracting fractions of the edible oil, a window through which the content of in situ tank is observed from the exterior, a heating unit, a temperature sensor, a first filter (11) for filtering the edible oil from inlet of the tank, and a second filter. The extraction conduit is movable in translation and/or rotation. The tank has an inclination with respect to a horizontal plane.
