CONCENTRATE OF AQUOUS ACTIVE COMPOUND, USE OF AN ACTIVE COMPOUND CONCENTRATE, PROCESS TO COMBAT UNWANTED VEGETATION, AND USE OF A NON-IONIC SURFACE.
