PURPOSE: A water supply device for irrigating port bottom is provided to supply proper moisture to all of the port by suppressing the strain of stored water even though the water supply device has an incline.CONSTITUTION: A seedbed(10) comprises a square-board type panel(17), and several ports(11) formed to be protruded in a cup form to the downward from a panel. An afforestation space(13) is formed to plant seeds or seedling of plants inside the port and fills with soil. Top of the main body of barrel(20) is opened to let the ports settle in the floor. A row barrier rib(30) suppresses left/right inclination of water by evenly forming at a constant interval on the bottom of main body. A column barrier rib(35) suppresses the left/right inclination of water by evenly forming at a constant interval in the direction of intersecting with row barrier rib. An inlet port is formed evenly with column barrier ribs at one side of the wall. A drain(25) is formed as a same height of the inlet port at the other side of a main body. A row barrier rib is formed as the same height or a bit low than the sidewalls(21a,21b,21c,21d) of main body. Row barrier ribs are formed higher than inlet port and drain.
