A clipper for garden pruning or general cuttings is disclosed, which is mainly referred to a clipper structure that is capable of performing gradual cutting and closing processes. The clipper comprises a first member and a second member, the two members are mutually pivoted to allow performing operations of opening and closing in a cutting process.
