PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emitter which can be produced inexpensively and in which variation of a flow rate in emitters can be suppressed and a drip irrigation tube.SOLUTION: An emitter 120 comprises: an emitter body 130 comprising on a top surface thereof, a groove, a recess and an open hole； and a film 150 jointed to the top surface.
