The present invention relates to an independent ultrasound scanner. The independent ultrasound scanner comprises a single ultrasound sensor module and a motion recognition sensor capable of obtaining oriented direction information of the single ultrasound sensor module, such that one-dimensional ultrasound data of a single scanning line is acquired by the ultrasound sensor module, information on a location at which the one-dimensional ultrasound data has been acquired is simultaneously detected by using the oriented direction information and/or scan location information of the ultrasound sensor module, and a cross-sectional area or a volume of an object to be examined or a bladder can be approximately estimated by using pieces of one-dimensional ultrasound data of respective locations of the bladder and oriented direction information and/or scan location information having acquired each of the pieces of one-dimensional ultrasound data. Therefore, according to the present invention, the independent ultrasound scanner acquires location information of pieces of one-dimensional ultrasound data from the motion recognition sensor and provides characteristic information of an object to be examined by using the pieces of one-dimensional ultrasound data and oriented direction information and/or scan location information on the pieces of one-dimensional ultrasound data, and thus a motor and a motor driving module for moving the ultrasound sensor module are not included, such that the independent ultrasound scanner can be miniaturized and manufactured at low cost by being implemented as a stand-alone type and, also, can be manufactured with high durability against impact and the like.La présente invention concerne un scanner à ultrasons indépendant.
