PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical moderate-temperature cooling pack capable of preventing temperature unevenness during cooling, in which a cooling temperature is a moderate temperature in such a degree that excessive coldness is not imparted to a human.SOLUTION: In a medical moderate-temperature cooling pack formed by sealing into an outer bag, a water bag explosible by punching operation, and an endothermic agent for absorbing heat by being reacted with water in the water bag, the particle size of the endothermic agent is finer than 100 mesh pass, and the skin contact temperature for cooling in contact with the skin is in the range of 15°C-30°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】冷却温度が人に過剰な冷たさを与えない程度の中温帯であり、冷却時の温度ムラを防止した医療用中温帯冷却パックを提供する。【解決手段】打圧操作により破裂させることができる水袋と、前記水袋内の水と反応して吸熱する吸熱剤とを外袋に密閉してなり、前記吸熱剤の粒度が100 mesh passよりも細かく、皮膚に接触させて冷却する際の皮膚接触温度が15℃~30℃の範囲であることを特徴とする医療用中温帯冷却パックとする。【選択図】図1
