PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a member for holding liquid easily drops off from a frame.SOLUTION: An eye wear includes: a liquid holding unit having a cavity for holding liquid and a frame having a storage section for storing at least a part of the liquid holding unit. The liquid holding unit is movably supported by the frame via a hinge between a position at which the liquid holding unit is stored in the storage section and a position at which the liquid holding unit is not stored in the storage section.
