PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an unfolding work of side flaps and to make it hard for tape ends of the fastening tapes to be in contact with the skin of a wearer at the same time.SOLUTION: An absorbent article has a body part and side flaps formed by protruding outward from the body part. A side flap is folded by a first folding line part on a flap end part side where the fastening tape is formed and a second folding line part nearer a base end part of the side flap than the first folding line part. Surfaces on a non-skin side of the side flap folded back by the first folding line part are temporarily fixed by a first temporary fixing part. A surface on the skin side of the side flap folded back by the second folding line part and a surface on the skin side of the body part are temporarily fixed by a second temporary fixing part.
