A distal neck assembly 230 of the surgical operation instrument includes: at least one gear system configured to convert the rotational input of the rotatable driving member to the power of at least two outputs of the end effector； and a neck assembly for performing joint motion to connect a tubular body and a distal neck housing to each other. The joint motion neck assembly is configured to enable the joint motion deviated from the axis of the distal neck assembly.
