PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily browse series information on an examination list screen.SOLUTION: In a medical image management system 100, a CPU 21 acquires at least patient information, examination information and series information of incidental information of a medical image stored in a DB 160 from a server according to an operation by an operation part 22, generates an examination list 231b for selecting the medical image stored in the DB 160 by an examination unit and acquiring the medical image from a data management server 10 on the basis of the acquired patient information and examination information of the incidental information, and causes an examination list screen 231 of a display part 23 to display the examination list 231b.
