PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a face powder that exhibits enhanced spread and retention of a cosmetic without giving a dry feeling to the skin.SOLUTION: The powder cosmetic, which comprises, as a hydrophobic powder, 60-90 mass% of a powder hydrophobically coated with a compound bearing a hydrocarbon group having a polar portion such as a phospholipid-coated powder and contains 80-99.7 mass%, based on the whole cosmetic, of the total of the hydrophobic powder, is compounded into a cosmetic in a form without a binder or the like to give the face powder that does not form powder lumps and exhibits good spread and enhanced retention of a cosmetic.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】皮膚の乾燥感がでずに、化粧料ののりや化粧持ちの向上した、粉おしろいを得ることを課題とした。【解決手段】粉体化粧料において、疎水性粉体としてリン脂質被覆粉体などの極性部分を有する炭化水素基を有する化合物によって疎水化被覆された粉体を60~90質量%含有し、疎水性粉体を総量で化粧量全体の80~99.7%質量含有し、バインダーなどを含有しない形態の化粧料とすることにより、粉ダマができず、化粧料ののりが良く、化粧持ちの向上した粉おしろいを提供することができた。【選択図】 なし
