The present invention relates to a surface-treatment agent for powders for use in cosmetics, including a specific polymer having a specified carbosiloxane dendrimer structure, as well as a cosmetic comprising a powder which has been treated with the above surface-treatment agent. The surf ace-treated powder does not generate hydrogen, and therefore is safe. Further the surface-treated powder can exhibits, good compatibility with other cosmetic raw materials, and thereby, the stability of the formulation in cosmetics can be improved. The surface-treated powder can provide cosmetics with good water resistance, good sebum resistance, good glossiness, a good tactile sensation, good adhesive properties to hair and/or skin, or the like. The cosmetic can also have superior surface protective properties, a superior outer appearance, and/or a superior sensation during use.L'invention concerne un agent de traitement de surface destiné à des poudres, à utiliser dans des cosmétiques, qui comprend un polymère spécifique présentant une structure de dendrimère carbosiloxane spécifique, ainsi qu'une substance cosmétique comprenant une poudre traitée à l'aide dudit agent. La poudre traitée en surface ne génère pas d'hydrogène, et ainsi ne présente aucun danger. Cette poudre peut présenter une bonne compatibilité avec d'autres matières premières pour cosmétiques, et permet ainsi d'augmenter la stabilité de formulation dans des cosmétiques. La poudre traitée en surface permet d'obtenir des cosmétiques présentant une bonne résistance à l'eau et au sébum, un bel aspect brillant, une bonne sensation au toucher, et/ou de bonnes propriétés d'adhésion aux cheveux et/ou à la peau et analogues. La substance cosmétique selon l'invention présente d'excellentes propriétés de protection de surface, un excellent aspect extérieur et/ou une agréable sensation pendant son utilisation.
