A walking pose regulation system is provided. The system combines a pair of effort detection insoles to help a user of a held-hold electronic device to regulate incorrect walking pose. When the user of the held-hold electronic device is walking, the pair of effort detection insoles detect effort points of the user’s soles and an effort value of each effort point, and transmit the detected data to the walking pose regulation system. The walking pose regulation system generate a real-time effort image based on the detected data, compares the real-time effort image with a standard effort image, and determines if a comparison result satisfies a preset requirement, to determine if the user’s walking pose is correct. If the user’s walking pose is incorrect, the walking pose regulation system sends out an alarm to prompt the user to regulate the incorrect walking pose.本發明提供一種步姿校正系統，該系統結合壓力感測鞋墊幫助手持式裝置的用戶校正步姿。在用戶行走過程中，置於用戶鞋中的壓力感測鞋墊利用壓力感測器持續偵測用戶腳步施力位置及力度等資料，並將偵測到的資料傳送至該步姿校正系統。該步姿校正系統根據偵測到的資料產生用戶的實時腳步施力位置圖，並將實時腳步施力位置圖與儲存器儲存的標準腳步施力位置圖進行比對，判斷比對結果是否滿足預設要求。若比對結果不滿足預設要求，則該步姿校正系統判斷用戶腳步施力位置不當，並透過手持式裝置提醒用戶調整走路姿勢。
