PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric float which can be used for a long time, does not leak electrolyte to outside like a conventional electric float and does not generate environmental pollution, and has a light emission function requiring no high level airtightness.SOLUTION: In the fishing electric float having a light emission function, a light emission diode 2 is arranged in an upper part of an electric float body 1. The light emission diode 2 is connected to an air battery comprising a positive electrode 3 and a negative electrode 4 incorporated in the electric float body 1. The electric float body 1 includes a water passage hole 7 allowing water in water landing to flow into the electric float body 1 when the electric float body 1 lands on a water surface.
