The system has a valve (120) rotatably mounted in a holder (122) and comprising a passage (130) connected to an outlet opening (126) through the valve, where the holder is arranged at a cartridge head (105) of a cartridge (101). The valve sealingly closes an opening (112) of the cartridge in a closed position, and the passage is connected to the opening in an open position of the valve such that the cartridge content is squeezed out of the cartridge through the outlet opening. The valve is transferred from the closed position to an open position by rotation of the valve.
