PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification device which can acquire an actual blood flow rate in real-time and can inform of an occurrence of a trouble when the blood flow rate is reduced for some reason.SOLUTION: A blood purification device includes: a blood purifier 1 a blood circuit 2 comprising an artery side blood circuit 21 and a vein side blood circuit 22 a blood pump 3 provided on the artery side blood circuit 21 a vein chamber 23 a dialysate circuit 4 comprising a dialysate supply circuit 41 and a dialysate discharge circuit 42 and a water removing pump 51 provided on a water removing line 5 branching from the dialysate discharge circuit 42 on an upstream side of a dialysate pump 43 provided on the dialysate discharge circuit 42.
