PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid nutritive composition containing proteins, carbohydrates, and oils and fats in a good balance to give freshness by sour taste and visually fresh transparency, and, further, to provide the liquid nutritive composition having a low viscosity to give freshness with easiness in drinking, free from an odor or a bitter taste, and having a low osmotic pressure and high emulsion stability.SOLUTION: An oral liquid nutritive composition contains protein, carbohydrate, an emulsifying agent, oils and fats, and water. The protein (A) is compounded by 2 to 11 mass%, the carbohydrate (B) is compounded by 10 to 35 mass%, and the emulsifying agent (C) and the oils and fats (D) are compounded in total by 1 to 13 mass%. The protein (A) comprises collagen peptide and milk peptide having a decomposition degree of 23 to 35. The carbohydrate (B) comprises a decomposed product of starch having a number average molecular weight of 400 to 900. The emulsifying agent (C) comprises a polyglycerol fatty acid ester, which is an ester of polyglycerol having an average polymerization degree of 5 or more with either oleic acid or myristic acid. The oils and fats (D) contain MCT and have a pH of 3.0 to 5.0.
