PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a lighting device which does not spoil appearance of lighting equipment, secures lighting performance of the lighting equipment and executes highly reliable radio communication.SOLUTION: In a lighting device 100, a helical antenna is constituted of: a first antenna pattern 11a formed on a substrate 1B; and a second antenna pattern 11b arranged so as to go along an inner wall of a cylindrical tube 1T. A radio communication module 2 is connected with the helical antenna, and performs radio communication by using the helical antenna. Thus, since the helical antenna is formed inside the cylindrical tube IT, an appearance is not spoiled in the lighting device 100.
