PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve measuring accuracy of a heat-flow-type clinical thermometer.SOLUTION: A clinical thermometer 600 is brought into contact with a body surface of a subject to measure core temperature, and includes a first thermal resistor 113 and a second thermal resistor 123, a uniformization member 130, and a thermal insulating member 401. Wiring extended from first temperature sensors 111, 121 is laid so as to pass through the surface of the thermal insulating member 401 that contacts the body surface, and then reaches a rising point.【課題】 熱流式体温計において、測定精度の向上を図る。【解決手段】 被検体の体表面に接触させることで、深部体温を測定する体温計６００であって、第１の熱抵抗体１１３及び第２の熱抵抗体１２３と、均一化部材１３０と、断熱部材４０１と、を備え、第１の温度センサ１１１、１２１から延設された配線は、断熱部材４０１の、前記体表面に接触する側の面を通ってから、立ち上がりポイントに到達するように敷設されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図６
