PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of chitosan sponge and a wound dressing using the same are provided, which improves skin regeneration by improving bonding of cell adhesive protein. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of chitosan sponge comprises a step of manufacturing chitosan sponge solution by bonding hydrophobic fatty acid group to chitosan； a step of manufacturing chitosan sponge by freeze-drying chitosan sponge solution； and a step of coating the surface of the chitosan sponge with cell adhesive protein solution. The hydrophobic fatty acid group is more than one selected from propionic acid, valeric acid, hexanoic acid, palmitic acid, butyric acid, and their anhydride. Before the coating step, a cross-linking agent is added to the chitosan sponge solution.본 발명은 키토산에 소수성 지방산기를 결합시켜 세포부착 단백질의 부착능이 증대된 키토산 스폰지와 이를 이용한 창상도포재를 제공한다.이를 통해, 세포부착단백질이 결합이 매우 증대되며 이를 창상도포재로 사용하는 경우 피부재생능이 현저히 향상된다. 나아가, 특정한 가교제를 사용하여 키토산 스폰지의 제조 시 스폰지가 부서지는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
