PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3-iminopropene compound represented by formula (I) where X, Y, and Z are specific substituents, or its salt, a pesticide composition containing the same, a noxious organism controlling agent containing the same, and a method of controlling noxious organisms characterized by applying an effective dose of the compound directly to the noxious organisms or to habitats of the noxious organisms.
SOLUTION: Since the 3-iminopropene compound or its salt by formula (I) has excellent controlling effect for noxious organisms, it is useful as an active ingredient for the noxious organism controlling agent.
